Complete our agent intake form to begin the process. A Home Path Realty representative will contact you within two business days to confirm receipt and schedule your onboarding conversation.
- Active New York State real estate license — Salesperson or Associate Broker
- License must be in good standing with the NYS Department of State
- Continuing education current or renewal in progress
- MLS membership current or transferable, if applicable
Submission of the intake form does not create an employment relationship or guarantee placement. A formal Independent Contractor Agreement will be provided separately for review and execution.
From application to activation.
Complete the agent intake form. Include your NY license details and any available production documentation.
A Home Path Realty representative will schedule a conversation to discuss your background, goals, and commission placement.
Review and execute your Independent Contractor Agreement. Submit your W-9, license copy, and direct deposit information.
Systems are provisioned, your company email is assigned, and you are ready to practice under Home Path Realty.
All agents affiliated with Home Path Realty operate as independent contractors, not employees. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own business expenses, tax obligations, and day-to-day operations. Home Path Realty does not withhold income taxes, Social Security, or Medicare from commission payments. A formal Independent Contractor Agreement governing the terms of affiliation will be provided for review prior to activation.
